Patient ratio: 1:4
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Must be able to read tele strips

Schedule / Work Expectations

Every other weekend required
Floating may be required within scope, including to West Valley Hospital
Block scheduling is not available
Local candidates are accepted
Pending license is accepted
First-time travelers are accepted
Time off requests over 2 weeks require approval

Additional Notes

Must have Tele experience
Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per 4-week assignment, 2 shifts per 8-week assignment, or 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
