Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• 2 clinical references at supervisor level or above
• Employment history covering the last 7 years, with any gaps explained
• Current skills checklist, completed within the last year and applicable to the position

Required Certifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Required Pre-Start Items

• Driver’s license or state ID with address and clear photo
• Background check completed within 30 days of start and updated annually
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• Physical exam completed on the facility-specific form within 30 days of start
• Fit test completed within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray completed within 1 year of start
• Standard 9-panel drug screen completed within 30 days prior to start
• Flu vaccination or documentation during flu season, unless exempted
• COVID vaccine documentation, if available
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation
• Signed AUP form

Additional Notes

• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required with a minimum score of 80%
• Background screening includes multiple federal and state exclusion checks
