• Scrubs: Navy color required

Required Experience

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

  • FACIS level 3 search (includes OFAC)
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks (within 30 days of start)
• Education verification: BSN or MSN required for RNs
• Various competency exams including medication/pharmacology and dysrhythmia/EKG competency
• Facility-specific onboarding documents and training modules (e.g., HIPAA, harassment prevention, abuse reporting)
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (declination accepted)
  • Negative TB test (QGold within 1 year)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (titers or vaccine proof required)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or declination
  • COVID-19 vaccine or declination (specific vaccine timing required)
• Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months (Aya requirement)
• References: 2 required, supervisor level or above, one within last year
• Employment application covering last 7 years with explanations for gaps
• Work history verification for last 5 years

Additional Notes

• No pending licenses accepted; must have active RN license before start
• Navy scrubs required for the assignment
• Multiple facility-specific training modules and documents must be completed prior to start, including online training and confidentiality agreements
• Onsite fit testing for masks available under strict guidelines if needed
• Candidate must complete all required documentation and training within specified timeframes to ensure access and start readiness
