Ultrasound Tech - General

Job Overview

  • Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
  • Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Hours: 32 hours per week
  • Shift: Evening, 4x8 hours, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
  • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend / every other holiday
  • Call: Required; current rotation is every 5th or 6th weekend, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
  • Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
  • ARDMS
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association

Work Setting

  • General ultrasound cases, including first-trimester pregnancies, some pediatric ED cases, lumps/bumps, DVT, and carotid studies
  • Candidate should be confident and comfortable working independently

Charting

  • Epic
  • PACS
