Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• 1 year of telemetry experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS

Required Pre-Start Items

• Government-issued photo ID
• Emergency contact form
• Background check
• Fingerprinting and Pennsylvania child abuse search
• Pennsylvania Department of Human Services fingerprint results
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or documentation during flu season
• Immunity or documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella

Additional Notes

• Workplace violence prevention training is completed onsite for ER and Behavioral Health units.
• Some orientation and facility documents must be completed before start.
