Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Boston, Massachusetts
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM–5:00 PM
- Main operating room position with high-acuity pediatric cases
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Pediatrics OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- Pediatrics OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Schedule Expectations
- Short call up to 3 times every 6 weeks
- Up to 4 off shifts every 6 weeks
- Up to 1 weekend shift and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks
- Holiday shift and call coverage as needed by the unit
Additional Notes
- Local travelers within 50 miles may receive a rate differential
- Proof of name change is required if any documents are under a different name
- References: 2 professional references from 2 separate places within the last 3 most recent employers
- Application must include a 10-year work history, and gaps over 30 days require an explanation
