Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Boston, Massachusetts
  • Main OR assignment
  • Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • OR - Operating Room experience
  • Pediatrics OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
  • Pediatrics OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
  • 2 Professional References verified from 2 of the last 3 employers
  • 10-year work history
  • Explanation for gaps in work history greater than 30 days

Additional Assignment Details

  • High-acuity operating room setting
  • Short call up to 3 times every 6 weeks, 5:15 PM to 7:15 PM
  • Up to 4 off shifts every 6 weeks
  • Up to 1 weekend shift and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks
  • Holiday shift and call coverage as needed by the unit
  • Local travelers within 50 miles receive a rate differential
