Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Cardio Thoracic ICU
24-bed CT ICU
Regional destination for comprehensive circulatory and respiratory support for critically ill adults
Specializes in open-heart surgeries, ventricular assist devices, heart and lung transplants, ECMO, aortic aneurysm repair, vascular and thoracic surgeries
Uses bedside modalities ranging from vasoactive medications to complete cardio-pulmonary support

10 RTO days max approved
RTO not allowed during:
- September 2–12, 2026
- October 25–November 4, 2026
- November 22–December 2, 2026
- December 20, 2026–January 3, 2027
Shifts vary by day of week
