X-Ray Tech - Radiology

Location: Vineland, New Jersey
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule & Hours

• Rotating AM/PM shifts
• Example schedule:

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
• Typical shift example: Evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an X-Ray/Radiology Tech in an acute care setting
• Valid New Jersey state license
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Orientation & Onboarding

• Completion of full orientation is mandatory; failure to complete results in immediate termination
• Orientation includes:

  • Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream modules to be completed by Monday of start week
  • In-person classes typically held Tuesday through Thursday at various locations (location details provided via HealthStream on the day of class)
  • Unit-based orientation scheduled by manager
  • Badge ID appointment required during orientation (photo submissions not accepted); badge needed for clock-ins

Additional Requirements & Compliance

• Background check and drug screening
• Verification of credentials including ARRT, educational, and employment history
• Compliance with mandatory trainings and attestations (e.g., confidentiality, COVID-19 vaccine, annual training)
• Immunizations and health screenings required: Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, TdaP, Varicella, TB screening, Physical exam
• Various regulatory and exclusion screenings (e.g., FACIS 3M, NJ Sex Offender, OFAC, OIG)
