Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Job Summary

• Perform general CAT scans of chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, fluoroscopy, and pediatric exams.
• Complete post-processing in a timely manner, including CT angiographies (CTAs).
• Scan trauma patients efficiently.
• May handle medications during distribution or administration and have access to secured drug storage areas.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients, self, and staff.
• Maintain high quality and image production standards.
• Provide leadership in coordinating radiology care across various settings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Demonstrated reliability and effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, independent judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to contribute to departmental planning and process improvement.
• Participate in departmental and modality meetings.
• Assist in orientation and training of new associates and students.

Additional Requirements

• Personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) is required.
• Providers are encouraged to use an existing badge if available to maintain continuous exposure records.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
