Occupational Therapist - Travel Position

Location: Woodruff, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (shift negotiable)
• No weekend requirements
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Work Setting:

• Outpatient Occupational Therapy
• Must be willing to float to other locations within a 40-mile radius (floating may be pre-scheduled)

On Call:

• May be low censused and placed on call
• Call-back minimum of 2 hours

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with adult/geriatric populations involving orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Preferred experience with EPIC charting system

Additional Information

• Dress code: Business casual
• During flu season, mandatory mask-wearing if flu and COVID vaccinations are declined (no exceptions)
• Contract includes eligibility for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Orientation week does not qualify for GSA (Guaranteed Scheduled Amount)
