Job Opportunity: RN - Hemodialysis

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a 6-station unit with telemetry monitoring.
Perform bedside hemodialysis treatments in ICUs, Emergency Department, Step-down units, and various Med/Surgical settings.
Setup Fresenius 2008 T machines with portable WRO 300 ROs and complete required regulatory testing.
Evening shift hours: 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM (shift assigned based on department needs).
On-call requirement: 12 hours on Sundays (split shifts) and 6.5 hours Monday through Saturday overnight.
Work schedule includes every other Saturday and occasional holidays.
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:1 for bedside treatments, 2:1 in main unit.

Required Qualifications

5 years of acute hemodialysis nursing experience (preferred range 1-5 years, use higher value).
ACLS certification required.
Telemetry experience required.
