RN Surgical Services - Circulating & Recovery Room

Location: Lewistown, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; weekend, holiday, and call required

Role Summary

• Provides circulating and recovery nurse services in the operating room.
• Assists the surgical team as needed.
• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required, and adjusts nursing care processes to support optimal patient care.
• Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists with patient assessment throughout the patient stay.
• Assists in recovery room patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Montana
• OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
