Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a Long Term Care facility located on the hospital site.
Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Notify MD/NP of pertinent patient information.
Manage admitting and discharging processes.
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Provide specialized care including:
- Gastrostomy Tube care
- Urinary Catheter care
- Nebulized Treatments
- Wound Vac care
- CPAP care
- Tracheostomy care
Other assigned nursing duties as required.

Shift Details

8-hour shifts
Varied schedule including weekends and holidays
Flexibility required; no guaranteed hours or shift preference

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii
Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home (Long Term Care) nursing experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Must arrive the Thursday before assignment start date for employee health appointment on Friday
Timely arrival is mandatory; do not accept the start date if unable to meet this requirement
