Job Opportunity: ER Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract

Location: Globe, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 9 AM to 9 PM, 36 hours per week
Call Requirement: Must take some 24-hour call shifts

Job Description

• Provide emergency room nursing care during scheduled shifts and on-call periods.
• Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Meditech 6.0 electronic medical records system is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with at least some experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• No more than 3 days off may be requested during the 13-week contract.
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply.

Summary

This is a 13-week ER RN contract position requiring 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts with additional 24-hour call responsibilities. Candidates must have emergency nursing experience, relevant certifications, and meet specific location and vaccination requirements. Prior travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
