Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional weekend backup and on-call duties

Job Description
- Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in patients' homes, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities.
- Serve as a primary RN with an assigned caseload, leading the interdisciplinary team for those patients.
- Act as a generalist in all diseases and a specialist in symptom management, requiring strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Educate patients and caregivers to help identify personal goals of care and build caregiver confidence.
- Work in an environment that fosters personalized, life-changing care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of hospice nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
