Setting: Long Term Care facility on site of hospital

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Skilled Nursing (1 year of experience)
Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
BLS

Schedule

8-hour shifts
Varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be flexible
No guarantee of hours or shift preference

Responsibilities

Assessments
Treatments
Medication administration
Notify MD/NP of pertinent information
Admitting and discharging
ADL assistance
Gastrostomy Tube care
Urinary Catheter care
Nebulized Treatment
Wound Vac care
CPAP care
Tracheostomy Care
Other assigned duties

Start / Arrival Requirement

Must arrive the Thursday before start for employee health appointment on Friday
