Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Stroke experience

Preferred Experience

Significant stroke experience
More than 3 years of management experience preferred

Unit Details

24-bed neuro med surg unit
Patient ratio: 6:1
Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 techs
On-call rotation required
No floating required
