Patient population includes neurological disorders, strokes, trauma, post-trauma, surgical interventions, and medical comorbidities

Every other weekend required
No call
Night shift orientation occurs on day shift, and the traveler must be available for the entire week of orientation
RTO of 5 days or less must be made up on the back end
Only 1 holiday RTO request per assignment

Uses EPIC
High-risk exposure to blood and body fluids
Physical demands include standing and walking most of the time, bending, stooping, lifting and turning patients with assistance, and pushing/pulling/gripping up to 50 lbs

Flu vaccination or Mercy-approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations are not accepted
