Job Overview

• Location: Watertown, Wisconsin

• Shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Unit Details

• Unit: 2N/3N Medical/Surgical floors
• Bed count: 32
• Typical patient ratio: 4–6 patients per RN
• Patient population: Adults, geriatrics, pediatrics
• Common diagnoses/treatments: Sepsis, pneumonia, heart failure, renal failure, post-operative patients
• Float expectations: May occasionally float as a sitter to Senior Behavioral Health or ICU

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• ACLS
• Post-surgical experience

Schedule / Work Conditions

• Weekends typically rotate every third weekend
• No call requirements
• Weekly orientations
