Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3x12-hour shifts per week)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: Must float to all inpatient areas
Patient Ratio: 1:5

Trauma Level III facility
Unit: M1 Med-Surg/Oncology
Equipment used: Wound Vacs, Prevena Vacs, Baxter IV Pumps
Electronic Health Records (EHR): Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR
Patient Population: Adult oncology and med-surg patients
Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Cancer, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), Pneumonia (PNA), General Surgery

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in Med-Surg/Oncology specialty
Certifications: BCLS or BLS required; Chemotherapy certification preferred
Skills: Experience with Wound Vacs, Prevena Vacs, Baxter IV Pumps, and care for oncology patients
Personality Fit: Flexible scheduling; relationship-based care focus
