Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Job Description

Physical Therapists (PTs) are licensed healthcare professionals who help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. They develop individualized treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. PTs also create fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility and promote healthier lifestyles. Care settings include hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, work settings, and nursing homes.

Work Schedule

• Shift options: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Outpatient hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• Patient load: Approximately 9-11 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year

• Electronic Medical Records systems used: ReDoc & MedHost
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• ASAP start date
