- Day shift: 7 RN Case Managers, 5 Social Workers, 1 Case Management Assistant
- Night shift: 1 Social Worker for ED coverage only
Patient Ratios:
- RN: 1:25
- Social Worker: 1:40
Equipment: Work Stations on Wheels (WOWs)
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems used: Midas, Meditech, Interqual, Care Port

Role focuses on care coordination and discharge planning
Typical work environment includes collaboration with case managers and social workers
Dress code: Navy scrubs for RNs; business casual with white lab coat also acceptable
No weekend requirement, occasional weekends as needed
