Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Hawaii.
- Long Term Care (2 years of experience).
- Long Term Care experience within the last year.
- BLS.
Responsibilities
- Assessments.
- Treatments.
- Medication administration.
- Notify MD/NP of pertinent information.
- Admitting and discharging.
- ADL assistance.
- Gastrostomy tube care.
- Urinary catheter care.
- Nebulized treatment.
- Wound vac care.
- CPAP care.
- Other assigned duties.
