Job Description
A premier healthcare facility in Western Colorado is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic. The role involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. Patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs is also part of the responsibilities.
Schedule:
- 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts (days vary)
- Offers 3 days off per week
Housing:
- Newly remodeled studio and small one-bedroom apartments available nearby (furnished, utilities included)
- Availability based on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Candidate’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (radius rule)
- Prior travel experience is required
