Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology (Contract)

Shift: Days (6:30 AM start), 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Description

• Provide nursing care within inpatient interventional radiology.
• May float to other radiology nursing areas as needed.
• Responsibilities include procedural sedation and patient recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Previous experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) system

Additional Information

• Must be a W-2 employee of the staffing agency.
• May be required to float to Med/Surg and Critical Care units as needed.
