CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)

Location: Sanford, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Overview

Acute care hospital with 137 beds
Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center
Services include cardiology, ortho, ophthalmology, general surgery, OBGYN, ED, gastroenterology, hospitalist services, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care
Level 2 Nursery
Imaging Department (CT/Xray)
Equipment includes GE CT Revolution and a mix of GE and Siemens x-ray rooms
Shift hours vary: 7 AM to 7 PM, including days, weekends, weekdays, and nights
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
No call requirements
Float between CT and Xray

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
ARRT certification
Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
Experience as an X-Ray Technician

Work Environment & Expectations

Cheerful, team-oriented personality required
Must be patient-centric and able to work collaboratively with the team
Scrubs required; scrub color is flexible

Additional Information

Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays
Travel candidates must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify
No weekend hours guaranteed; dependent on scheduled shifts
