Job Overview

Travel position in Portland, Maine
Contract length: 20 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Call required: 2 hours for the oncoming shift

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Maine
2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
NRP
Tertiary/teaching hospital experience
Level 1 trauma experience
NICU/PICU experience
Acute care pediatrics experience
Emergency Department (ED) experience
Adult acute care experience
Adult critical care experience

Preferred Experience

ACLS
NRP for NICU
NICU/PICU experience
Cardiothoracic experience

Work Setting

Respiratory therapy department in a large acute care facility
Floating may include NICU, PICU, acute care pediatrics, and the emergency department
Patient ratios vary by acuity
