Facility & Unit Overview

• 52-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Patient population: Adult and geriatric rehab
• Patient ratios: 1:7 up to 1:9
• Equipment used: Hoyer lifts, DinaMap, Nova biomedical glucometers
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) system: Cerner
• Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend hours: Every other weekend
• No call or float requirements

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, or orthopedic injury
• Work in a state-of-the-art rehab environment with a focus on personalized treatment plans
• Common diagnoses include stroke, neurological, cardiac, debility, and orthopedic conditions

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including within the last year
• Skilled Nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience working with adult and geriatric patients
