Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)
Location: Denver, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Hours per Week: 36 hours (Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Unit Information
- Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Floor: 3rd floor, Main Hospital Building
- Equipment: Philips, GE, Carto
- EMR Systems: Meditech, GE MacLab, Cardiolab
- Typical Procedures:
- Left Heart Catheterization (LHC) / Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
- Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
- Watchman device implantation
- Electrophysiology (EP) ablations
- Renal Denervation and Peripheral procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Current certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Experience with Stemming procedures
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
Schedule & Work Environment
- Rotating weekends: 1-2 weekends every 6 weeks
- On-call: 1-2 nights per week on a 6-week schedule
- Team environment requiring flexibility, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills
