Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel)

Location: Carthage, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

  • Work at a 25-bed critical access hospital located on the Cumberland River, near recreational water activities.
  • Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
  • Travel candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience within the last year.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Fit Test clearance.
  • Current TB testing.
  • TDAP vaccine or TD booster.
  • MMR vaccination.
  • Varicella vaccination.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

  • The facility is approximately one hour from Nashville, TN.
  • No prior travel experience is explicitly required.
