Job Opportunity: RN - ICU

Location: New York, NY

Job Description

Unit: ICU/PCU Float Pool (Winter Need)
Start Dates: Weekly start dates beginning November 10 or 17
Shift: Nights, 11.5 hours (7:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
Schedule: Rotating 3-4-3-4 schedule
Hours per week: 40.25
Call Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Float Requirement: Yes, to areas within acuity
Flu/COVID Vaccination: Required, no declinations allowed
Dress Code: Navy bottom + white top with dark shoes, or all white with white shoes

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

No call requirement
Local travelers receive the same rate as non-local
Interviews required: Voice Advantage Interview and Nurse Manager Screening/Interview

This position is ideal for ICU RNs with recent specialty experience, prior travel experience, and a background in large academic medical centers.
