Location
- Rancho Mirage, California
Schedule
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 30-minute call-back requirement
- Regular weekday shifts
- Weekends are on call
- Approximately 1 weekend of call per month
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the specialty area
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the cardiac cath lab
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Complete and document patient assessments and care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning
- Support patient/family education and continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and unit initiatives
