Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Saint Paul, Minnesota
• Acute care teaching hospital with 317 staffed beds
• Telemetry role; may also work med/surg
• 3x12 shifts, days or nights
• 36 hours per week
• Floating within scope is required
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call
• Block scheduling is not accommodated
• First-time travelers are not accepted
• Local candidates within 100 miles are not accepted
• Pending license is accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Telehealth experience
• Experience with Epic

• Criminal background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Minnesota DHS NetStudy clearance
• BCA background check
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam
• Skills checklist
• Physical exam within 12 months before start
• Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
• TB screening within 12 months before start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity, series, or signed declination
• Respiratory safety clearance
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• References
• Photo for badge
• Preorientation modules/online eLearning before start

• RTO should ideally be no more than 5 days
