Overview
- Travel/contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
- 20-week assignment
- Night/day rotating 12-hour shifts
- May be asked to float to units caring for the same patient population
- Must work at least every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
Orientation / Onboarding Requirements
- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation; passing scores are required
- Background check, fingerprinting, education verification, and state license verification are required
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination/documentation
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation
- Drug screening
- References: 2 required
- Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years in an acute care clinical setting similar to the assignment
- Skills checklist required annually
