Registered Nurse — Emergency Room

Assignment Overview

• Travel/contract role in Colorado
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Scheduled hours: 36 per week
• Shift options: Day, 3x12 hours (6:00–18:00) or Day, 3x12 hours (11:00–23:00)
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Floating: not required
• Average daily census: 17–18

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ENPC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• Critical access experience

Schedule Notes

• Monthly on-call shifts
• 2 call shifts per month
• On-call coverage may be days or nights depending on unit needs
• Must be within 1 hour of the facility for call coverage
• RTO must be approved by the manager
