Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Utah
Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Government-issued photo ID
E-Verify
Annual skills checklist
Annual competency exam
3 professional references, including at least 1 supervisor/manager or above
Background check
Drug screen
Flu vaccination or approved exemption
TB screening
MMR immunity
Varicella immunity
Hepatitis B immunity
Tdap within 10 years
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Respirator medical clearance if fit testing onsite is needed
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement

Additional Notes

Time off during the contract should be communicated upfront.
