Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Online onboarding modules must be completed before start
• Photo ID must be carried during hours of service
• Seasonal influenza vaccination is required; declinations are not accepted
• Medical or religious exemptions may be allowed for COVID-19 and influenza, with agency-completed documentation where applicable
