Job Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Connecticut
  • Oncology (2 years of experience)
  • Oncology experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Surgical experience

Role Details

  • Outpatient oncology clinic
  • Patient population includes breast oncology, breast surgery, and plastic surgery patients
  • Duties include telephone triage, in-basket handling, assisting providers during clinic visits, and pre-op/post-op teaching
