Job Overview

- Schedule: Sunday through Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Start/Return Date: 9/5/2026
- Time Off Notes: RTO 9/8–9/10 and 10/10–10/12/2026 approved
- Call: Holiday and standby call may be required based on operational need
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Wisconsin
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiology Technician experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Health and Compliance Items
- TB questionnaire
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination if direct patient care or blood/body fluid exposure applies
- Varicella immunity or documentation
- MMR immunity or documentation
- Drug screen
- Physical exam
- Fit mask completed onsite
Additional Notes
- Returning candidates who have been away less than one year must submit an acceptable exam from their original assignment or complete a new exam.
- Holiday and standby call may be required based on operational need
