Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS certification
Schedule Expectations
- May need to rotate shifts if operational needs require it
- Must work at least every other holiday
Orientation / Onboarding Requirements
- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation; passing scores are required
- Background check
- Fingerprinting
- Education verification
- Physical exam
- Fit mask clearance
- TB screening
- Drug screen
- Immunization/documentation requirements for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, and flu
