Health & Immunization Requirements

• Tdap vaccine or declination required (expires every 10 years)
• Negative TB test or equivalent within 1 year
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella immunity or vaccination required (with exceptions for certain units)
• Drug testing within 1 year, must include specific panels and be current during assignment
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season (09/30 - 04/01)
