Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Clinic Hours: Open 7 days a week
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in an outpatient oncology clinic setting.
- Must have experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Preferred qualifications include BSN degree, chemotherapy certification, and at least 2 years of outpatient oncology nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology nursing experience.
- Hematology/Oncology experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be fully available for compliance needs up until their start date.
- Facility requires completion of Compass training modules prior to badge issuance on the first day.
- Medication override test and orientation guides will be provided for RNs.
- Background checks and verifications must be initiated within 24 hours of contract signing.
- If there is a gap of 60+ days between assignments at this facility, new background checks and drug screens are required.
- Candidates with a positive criminal background must complete a personal criminal history statement; no open court cases are permitted.
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
