Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
- Hours per Week: 36 hours
- Schedule: Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday) and every other holiday
- Orientation: Requires passing two pass/fail exams on the first day (Medication exam and Telemetry exam). Only one attempt allowed per exam; failure results in immediate contract cancellation. Study materials provided before orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1.5 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with at least some experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
