Required Qualifications
- Active North Dakota or compact RN license
- BLS certification from AHA
- NIHSS certification, or willingness to obtain it before start
- 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience
- Experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds
Job Details
- Primary unit is a 32-bed med-surg cardiac unit
- May float to any med-surg unit within Fargo as needed
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 4-5:1 on days and 5-6:1 on nights
- Duties include assessments, documentation, nursing tasks, and medication administration
Additional Notes
- Cannot accept candidates living within 60 miles of the facility
- Candidates living 60 to 80 miles away are subject to a local travel rate adjustment
- Navy blue scrubs are required
- Badge in/out is required
- Cardiac experience is preferred
- Experience with Epic is mentioned in the source
