Required Qualifications

Active North Dakota or compact RN license
BLS certification from AHA
NIHSS certification, or willingness to obtain it before start
2 years of recent medical-surgical experience
Experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds

Job Details

Primary unit is a 32-bed med-surg cardiac unit
May float to any med-surg unit within Fargo as needed
Typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 4-5:1 on days and 5-6:1 on nights
Duties include assessments, documentation, nursing tasks, and medication administration

Additional Notes

Cannot accept candidates living within 60 miles of the facility
Candidates living 60 to 80 miles away are subject to a local travel rate adjustment
Navy blue scrubs are required
Badge in/out is required
Cardiac experience is preferred
Experience with Epic is mentioned in the source
