Job Description

Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery with a focus on high-quality patient care.
Work in a facility with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in active labor and 1:3 ratio in high-risk OB cases.
The hospital is Magnet recognized and has Perinatal Certification from the Joint Commission.

Required Certifications and Licenses

Current RN license
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Preferred Certifications

Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM or RNC-OB preferred but not required)
Inpatient OB experience preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct Labor & Delivery nursing experience

Additional Information

The position is night shift only.
The facility supports certification through NCC EFM with a detailed process for obtaining the credential.
