Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help improve patients' functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
• Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Complete documentation according to facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in California
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 year of experience
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

Schedule Preference

• Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule options available
