Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Contract
Location: Salinas, California
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary
Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help improve patients' functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
- Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Complete documentation according to facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with 0 years of experience
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
Schedule Preference
- Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule options available
