Inpatient Observation Unit RN
Overview
- Day shift, 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- 28-bed Inpatient Observation Unit near the ED
- Fast-paced Med/Surg observation setting with changing patient acuity
- Medical beds, trauma overflow beds, and lower-to-higher acuity patients with mid holds
- May be required to float to other areas of competency
- Holidays are expected
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- DOU - Direct Observation Unit (2 years of experience)
- DOU - Direct Observation Unit experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Med Surg experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS

- TNCC
