Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
Pharmacist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Schedule / Work Setting

Weekend and call coverage as required by the facility
Float as required by the facility
On-site 100% of the time
Oversees workflow for surrounding pharmacy technicians

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow in the central pharmacy
Verify medication products, including IVs, premade IVs, creams, insulin pens, kits, and crash carts
Ensure code carts are restocked correctly

Training

Training is expected to last 2–3 weeks, depending on pharmacist capability

Additional Notes

Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations are not accepted
Assignment extension beyond 13 weeks is very likely if performance is good
